Baek-Bong Award

This award was set up by Chae-Ho Lee, the first president of the KSME, in 1979.
Candidates should demonstrate his/her contributions in extending the knowledge related to mechanical engineering.

 
Baek-Ahm Award

The award is given to the author under the age of 35 who published outstanding papers in manufacturing engineering. This award was created in 1985 by the donation of Dr. In Yong Ham.

 
Nam-Heon Award

This award is for mechanical engineers who greatly contributed to the field of thermal and fluid engineering. Taek Sik Lee, a former president of KSME, created this award by making a financial donation in 1993.

Yoo-Dam Award

The Yoo-Dam Award is given to the member who has greatly contributed in the fields of materials and fracture mechanics. This award was created by Sam-Hong Song, a former president, in 1999.

 
Ju-Bong Award

This award is given to the member who has contributed in manufacturing and design engineering. This award was created by Seon-Hwee Cho, a former president, in 2000.

 
Hyo-Seok Award

This award is given to the member who has contributed in the field manufacturing and machine tools. This award was created by Myung-Soon Kang, a former president, in 2002.
