Technical Division Conferences are held twice annually for seven divisions and for the pressure vessel commitee.
Material and fracture division	CAE and applid mechanics division
Strength evaluation and analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics, damage mechanics, dynamic fracture mechanism, mechanism, microscopic fracture and material behavior, composite materials, pressure vessels and piping	Material mechanics, continuum mechanics (elasticity & plasticity), computational mechanics, experimental mechanics, composite material, structure design and CAE, collision and breakdown, bio-mechanics, reliability engineering
Manufacturing and design engineering division	Dynamics and control division
Plastic processing, metal cutting, casting and forgiving, die and injection molding, welding and special processing, CAD/CAM, machine element and mechanism design, machine tool and machinery system design, intelligent design and optimal design, lubrication and wear, bio-engineering.	Dynamics, vibration, noise, instrumentation, control, kinematics, robotics, automobile engineering, large-scale complex structure.
Thermal engineering division	Fluid engineering division
Thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, combustion, Thermo-physical properties, environment and pollution, thermal system control and instrumentation, thermal devices and heat exchanger, thermal process, refrigeration and cryogenics, boiler systems.
